About the Role

As the Nurse Practitioner for Employee Health and Well-Being, you will serve as a vital link in our mission to help people live better lives. Reporting under the general supervision of the National Medical Director and in association with the Community Medical Director, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective care specifically tailored to Erickson employees.

Your day will be a dynamic blend of acute care, injury management, and proactive wellness education. You will manage community outbreak responses, conduct new hire assessments, and oversee immunizations and screenings. Beyond clinical duties, you will act as a key partner in the interdisciplinary community team, coordinating mass testing efforts and collaborating with the Infection Control Officer to drive vaccination rates. You will also lead health and wellness initiatives, developing educational sessions and fostering a collaborative relationship with community leaders to improve overall employee health measures and satisfaction.
