As the Nurse Practitioner for Employee Health and Well-Being, you will serve as a vital link between clinical care and community wellness. Reporting under the general supervision of the National Medical Director and in association with the Community Medical Director, your mission is to provide high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective acute care and health management specifically for Erickson employees.
In this role, you will be the face of our onsite medical center, managing everything from new hire assessments and immunizations to complex injury management and community outbreak response. You will act as a key member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with community leaders and clinical personnel to foster a cohesive center of excellence for employee health. Your day-to-day involves not only clinical care but also driving health literacy through wellness education, chronic disease management, and lifestyle counseling. You will champion initiatives that improve vaccination rates, manage data for regulatory compliance, and ensure that every employee, regardless of their background or insurance status, receives non-judgmental, compassionate care.
