As the Nurse Practitioner for Employee Health and Well-Being, you will serve as a vital link between clinical care and community wellness. Reporting under the general supervision of the National Medical Director and in association with the Community Medical Director, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective acute care and health education specifically for Erickson employees.
In this role, you will help build a cohesive, employee-focused center of excellence. Your day will involve managing occupational health services, from new hire assessments and immunizations to injury management and outbreak response. You will collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary community team to coordinate mass testing, manage infectious disease protocols, and lead health and wellness initiatives. Beyond clinical duties, you will foster a culture of well-being by providing lifestyle counseling, chronic disease management, and non-judgmental care to all employees, including those who are uninsured. You will also play a key role in maintaining departmental budgets and ensuring patient safety through the consistent implementation of policies and procedures.
