About the Team

Eagle's Trace is a beautiful 70-acre continuing care retirement community located in West Houston, Texas. As part of Erickson Senior Living, one of the country's largest and most respected providers of senior living and health care, we are dedicated to fulfilling our promises of a vibrant lifestyle, financial stability, and focused health and well-being services for those who live and work with us.

Our team operates within a growing national network of communities, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging. We are committed to providing a workplace free of unlawful discrimination and harassment, ensuring an environment where every team member can thrive.

About the Role

As the Nurse Practitioner for Employee Health and Well-Being, you will serve as a vital link in our mission to support the health of our employees. Reporting under the general supervision of the National Medical Director and in association with the Community Medical Director, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective acute care and wellness services specifically tailored to the Erickson community.

In this role, you will manage a comprehensive range of occupational health services, from new hire assessments and immunizations to injury management and community outbreak response. You will act as a key member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with community leaders and clinical personnel to coordinate mass testing, manage infectious disease protocols, and drive employee health initiatives. Your day-to-day impact includes conducting onsite screenings, providing lifestyle counseling, managing chronic disease outcomes, and ensuring patient safety through rigorous adherence to OSHA and regulatory standards.

Beyond clinical duties, you will help build a cohesive center of excellence for employee health. This involves developing collaborative relationships with the Infection Control Officer, assisting the Benefits department with wellness education sessions, and maintaining departmental budgets. You will also champion the use of our onsite Health and Well-Being Centers, ensuring that all employees, including lower-income and uninsured team members, have access to non-judgmental, cost-effective care.
