About the Role
As the Nurse Practitioner for Employee Health and Well-Being, you will serve as a vital link between clinical care and community wellness. Reporting under the general supervision of the National Medical Director and in association with the Community Medical Director, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective acute care and injury management to Erickson employees.
Your day will be defined by a blend of clinical expertise and strategic wellness leadership. You will manage everything from new hire assessments and immunizations to complex outbreak management and chronic disease care. Beyond treating episodic illnesses and injuries, you will act as a counselor for lifestyle changes, mental health support, and preventive care, ensuring employees have access to the resources they need to thrive both at work and at home. You will also collaborate closely with the community's Infection Control Officer and interdisciplinary teams to drive vaccination rates and health initiatives, while maintaining the integrity of our onsite medical centers.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleLead infectious disease outbreak management including employee isolation, quarantine, and testing
- check_circleCoordinate mass asymptomatic employee testing and manage results and data entry

Requirements
- verifiedTraining and current certification as an NP is required
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience

- verifiedPhlebotomy skills
Nice to Have
Previous experience with electronic medical records. Knowledge of FMLA, Workers' Compensation, ADA, and OSHA. Knowledge of computer-based medical records management systems.
