As the Nurse Practitioner for Employee Health and Well-Being, you will serve as a vital link between clinical care and community wellness. Reporting under the general supervision of the National Medical Director and in association with the Community Medical Director, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective care specifically tailored to Erickson employees.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of acute care, injury management, and proactive health education. You will manage everything from new hire assessments and immunizations to complex case management for work-related injuries and community outbreak responses. Beyond clinical duties, you will act as a trusted advisor, offering lifestyle counseling on topics ranging from smoking cessation and nutrition to mental health support and chronic disease management. You will also collaborate closely with the Infection Control Officer and community leaders to drive vaccination rates and lead health initiatives that improve overall employee well-being.
