About the Role

The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator serves as a vital partner to operations, facilities, and human resources within our precision manufacturing environment. This role is designed to promote a safe workplace, maintain regulatory compliance, and support day-to-day EHS activities across the organization.

You will play an active role on the manufacturing floor, supporting safety initiatives, conducting audits and assessments, and coordinating employee training. The position involves assisting with industrial hygiene and compliance-related activities, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to support continuous improvement efforts related to workplace safety and environmental compliance. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, consistent follow-through, and the ability to work effectively with employees across both production and office environments.
