We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day functions of a high-volume Texas plaintiff personal injury law firm. This leadership position is pivotal in driving accountability, refining systems, and enhancing efficiency across our intake, pre-litigation, and support operations. The ideal candidate will not only understand the nuances of plaintiff PI workflows but will also champion a culture of measurable improvement and excellent client service.
