About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the organization. This role is designed to help transform and streamline the business by translating vision into execution. You will work closely with ownership to oversee day-to-day operations, drive accountability, improve efficiency, and ensure all departments are aligned and performing at a high level.

This position is ideal for a true operator who thrives in a project-based environment and enjoys building structure and process. Your primary mission is to reduce owner involvement in daily operations while improving overall team performance, communication, and profitability. In this role, you will drive a transformation where operations run smoothly with reduced owner involvement in daily execution. Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $90,000–$120,000 depending on experience.
Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus structure tied to operational performance, accountability, and company KPIs.
