About This Position: The Sapphire Lounge Priority Pass Partnerships Vice President will play a key leadership role in growing and delivering incremental value to Chase credit card customers with a key strategic partner. The successful candidate for this role will manage the Priority Pass Lounge benefit to drive exciting benefits for our customers. The successful candidate for this role must be able to build and leverage relationships across various lines of business, as well as with external partners, to build and deliver partnership and business strategies that drive the business forward. This position sits within the Chase Branded Cards organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer&Community Banking group. Responsibilities: This person will support the relationship with a highly visible partner, Priority Pass, lead development and execution of contractual commitments, account management, seamless benefit deployment, and digital capability enhancements. Deliver internal and external objectives through collaboration with Corporate Development, Marketing, and Portfolio Analytics teams. Work cross-functionally with the Chase Branded Cards teams and other lines of business to implement relevant partner benefits, monitor ongoing performance, and provide reporting to key stakeholders. Qualifications: 7 years of professional experience. BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred. Partnership management and/or strategic alliance development experience, digital marketing, digital capabilities, and deal experience a plus. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally. Be intellectually curious with a customer-first mindset.
