Wage Range: Min: $20.39, Mid: $25.17, Max: $29.95 A Brief Overview The Teller Trainer delivers Teller Training and assists with monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of this training program. Relies on instructional design techniques to plan and accomplish objectives. What you will do Deliver job-specific, functional training for new and existing employees. Modify and revise training materials as necessary, to incorporate feedback and adapt to changes that occur. Coordinate and assist with training event logistics including distributing correspondence, invitations, prework requirements, arranging meals, room/technology set-up, and making room arrangements. Maintain designated regional training hub, including classroom facilities, computer systems, classroom equipment and supplies, and other related materials. Travel to designated regions is required. Overnight stays should be expected. Other Qualifications/Requirements Teller experience Training experience preferred In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint for the purpose of producing training preferred Associate’s degree Minimum 1 year Teller experience preferred, and minimum 2 years Retail Banking experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Who We Are Heartland Bank and Trust Company is headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois.
