We are working with a leading SaaS cybersecurity company to find a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the small but dynamic TA team of three. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent responsiveness, and a proven track record in TA coordination. You’ll play a pivotal role in scheduling, project support, and other hiring-related activities, contributing to our efforts to scale effectively. We are looking for candidates that have Greenhouse ATS experience. Location: Hybrid in Somerville Contract Duration: 3 Months (Opportunity for permanent role based on performance) Compensation: $30-35/hour Key Responsibilities Manage interview scheduling and coordination using Greenhouse ATS. Provide administrative support to the TA team, ensuring seamless operations. Collaborate on projects related to recruitment, onboarding, and talent strategy. Support sourcing efforts, particularly on LinkedIn, to identify top candidates. Assist in onboarding processes for new hires. Maintain accurate records and documentation for hiring activities. Qualifications 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, including scheduling. Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High responsiveness with excellent follow-through. Quick thinking and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
