Job Description Equinox in San Francisco is currently seeking Swim Coaches. Full Time and Part Time opportunities available. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts all swim programs&activities in accordance with Equinox objectives. Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress. Provide the highest quality of service to our members. Build client base through in-house special events and networking within the membership base. Qualifications Swim certification preferred. Personal Training background preferred but not required. Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to self-promote and network. Previous competitive swim experience is a plus.
