Salary Range: $70,000-$78,000 Job Summary: DAWSON is currently looking for a dedicated Stormwater Compliance Program Supervisor/Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Coordinator to support Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The position will report on-site Monday through Friday 0700-1500. The ability to obtain and maintain a CAC is required. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Government Project Managers and Program Managers to execute a diverse range of environmental assignments effectively to support Fort Campbell's MS4 Program, including ensuring compliance with Tennessee and Kentucky permit requirements. Assist in the development of comprehensive environmental reports and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Conduct field activities related to environmental assessments, compliance monitoring, and data collection. Drive community outreach programs and engage with stakeholders to foster positive relationships and support environmental initiatives. Monitor and ensure compliance with upcoming environmental regulations to mitigate risks effectively. Manage, direct, and mentor a staff of three specialists working within the Fort Campbell Stormwater Compliance Program. Assigning, supervising, training, and evaluating the work of assigned staff to ensure appropriate progress; ensure work is performed following regulations, procedures, and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or a related discipline (or six years of experience as equivalent); or Master’s degree (or ten years of experience as equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or a related field. In-depth understanding of stormwater compliance programs and MS4 regulations. Proven expertise in environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices. Proficient in developing high-quality environmental reports and conducting thorough fieldwork investigations. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders and communities. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
