This role offers an opportunity to work closely with students, parents, and educators to develop and implement effective speech therapy plans Why You Should Apply: Earn up to $80.00 per hour with weekly pay Access to comprehensive benefits coverage after just 30 days of full-time employment Enjoy a Monday to Friday school-based schedule As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech and communication abilities to develop individualized intervention plans. Work with parents, teachers, and administrators to create and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs. Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are engaging and effective. Track and report on student progress towards IEP goals, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed. Travel between school campuses to deliver services as required. Qualifications for this School-Based SLP position include: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from accredited speech-language pathology programs. Active Speech Language Pathology license in the state of California. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and BLS certification. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and staff.
