Job Summary as a Senior Benefits Specialist: A senior benefits specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs. They ensure that programs are cost-effective, meet employee needs, and comply with legal requirements. They also work to maximize employee engagement and understanding of the benefits package.
