School-Based Behavior Technician (BT) – Join Our Educational Services Team in Glendale, CA Covelo Group is looking for experienced Behavior Technicians (BT) or Behavior Therapists to join the Educational Services team. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will: Work one-on-one or with multiple students in a classroom, helping them manage their behavior and optimize their learning experience. Encourage positive behaviors and set appropriate boundaries. Observe and report students' progress toward their IEP/504 plan goals. Qualifications for this Behavior Technician (BT) position include: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior ABA experience working with children in a home, facility, or school setting is preferred but not required. BLS certification.
