Job Description Job Description We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced and skilled Property Manager to join our team at luxury retail property in North Palm Beach County, FL. NOTE: We are only considering candidates that have specific, extensive experience managing a high end commercial retail property; residential property managers will not be considered . Preference given to regional and local candidates who have experience and familiarity with Palm Beach County. The Property Manager is responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations and oversight of the maintenance of the property. The Property Manager must develop and maintain positive tenant, vendor, and contractor relationships and is responsible for longevity of all structures and equipment, the aesthetic nature of the property which includes management of the maintenance, operational, and administrative staff. Responsibilities: Routinely inspect property, identify any physical deficiencies, and correct the deficiency within budgeted guidelines, established property standards, and ownership approval. Collect and track rent and other charges, reporting tenant defaults and legal issues Understand, calculate, prepare, bill, and collect operating expense reconciliations Administer and maintain compliance of leases, governmental laws, and operating documents Analyze property financials, conveying the financial impacts and variances to ownership Develop environmental health and safety procedures including emergency action plans, disaster recovery, business continuity, and other related procedures. Ensure that all the complaints are resolved or relayed to management whenever necessary Ensures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee and manage administrative and maintenance staff Researches and implements new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency. Conduct periodic meeting/ updates with plaza management to update and review day to day operational activity, pending complaints&material required. Communicate routinely and as needed with tenants to keep them updated and apprised of all relevant property news or happenings Interviews, selects, hires, supervises and reviews qualified property operation and maintenance staff Act as leasing agent for all space as well as new properties as they come online (and co-broker with local leasing agents) Required Skills&Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience in shopping center management Construction Experience and Tenant buildout experience Management experience in luxury retail facilities Strong leadership skills, administrative skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, solid time management and excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to demonstrate the ability to get the job done in a self-directed environment 10 years of professional management level experience Impeccable references and background Salary: Commensurate with experience What We Offer: Full comprehensive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, AFLAC, 401(K), paid time off, and much more.
