We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day maintenance and administration of a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties in Northern Virginia. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Property Management experience, with strong customer service, computer, technical, and financial skills. Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. - Develop and maintain positive tenant relationships through excellent customer service and prompt response to inquiries and concerns. - Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality work at competitive prices. - Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes. - Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly. - Collaborate with leasing teams to maximize property occupancy and rental income. - Implement and maintain efficient property management processes and procedures. Qualifications: - Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Property Management experience. - Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with property management software. - Technical knowledge related to building systems and maintenance. - Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
