Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Property Management Assistance to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. Responsibilities: Assist with lease, LOI and document processing. Maintain document control within the company’s document storage solution. Assist with maintaining architectural drawings, engineering plans, surveys and plats. Assist with various accounting tasks such as general wire transfers, bank reconciliations, tenant reconciliations, credit card statement GL coding, and maintain the company’s cash tracking sheet. Update Yardi with new and existing tenant information to enable useful lease abstracts. Understand and interpret frequently used legal documents and contract service agreements. Maintain a contact list for all vendors and service providers. Manage day to day administrative requests. Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous experience in property management or other related fields preferred Exposure to Yardi a plus Excellent skills with MS Office 365 Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Stonewood Investments, Inc. is guided by a team of skilled real estate professionals known for their creative ideas and problem solving abilities.
