Finally, we provide a tablet and leverage Matrix Care to document patient records. ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, NO weekends. Duties and Responsibilities: Encourage patient independence within the scope of their potential. Assist patients with personal hygiene, toileting, and other activities outlined in their individual care plan. Provide a supervised, structured environment that promotes safety while encouraging independence. Accompany patients in outdoor program activities and field trips. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates degree in communications or business administration preferred. Previous nursing attendance experience with impaired adults. Complete of a certified program preferred. Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups. CPR certified. 40 ours or equivalent Alzheimer's Disease Specific Training within 6 months of hire.
