We rely on the expertise of our qualified staff to help us achieve this and currently have an opportunity available through our Silver Spring, MD office for the following: The Production Coordinator will be a critical contributor to our mission to offer cutting-edge, energy efficient lighting and superior customer service to our clients. The Production Coordinator is responsible for processing client requests by coordinating office operations with technician schedules in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position is full-time and in-person with dedicated office space in Silver Spring, MD. The Production Coordinator reports to our Production Manager and will have opportunities to research and provide input to develop sales strategies and launch new products. Assist with proposal preparation. Process technician data and prepare client invoices. Prepare and send purchase orders. Receive and stage material to be installed. Maintain and replenish inventory levels. Participate in the quality assurance process, request client feedback and reviews. Participate in launching and implementing new products. Applicant Requirements: At least 2 years in-office customer service experience preferably in a residential trade or services industry. Experience in the residential electrical or custom integrator (CI) service industry a plus High School Graduate or GED Speak, read, and write English Possess a valid driver's licenses and reliable transportation Comply with our background/driver screening policies Effective communication - verbal and electronic (email, web forms, text messages) Smartphone (Android or iOS) Knowledge&Skills: Conscientiousness, attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Accuracy in preparing and entering information Windows PC, Production/Scheduling Software,&MS Office Analytical and problem solving Effective organization and time management abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Company Description New Age Lighting and New Age Electric, Inc. is the same company with the same professional team.
