What You’ll Do: The Digital Product Manager will lead the development of new features and experiences for our mobile app that connects and enhances our hardware products. Reporting to the Digital Product Lead, you will be part of a team executing in an exciting, fast-paced environment, and will be at the forefront of creating impactful solutions that delight pet owners and improve the lives of cats everywhere. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary. Owns the end-to-end process from concept to delivery of new app features and enhances existing user experiences. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, UX, program management and marketing, to ensure seamless project delivery. Serves as the bridge between customer needs and technical requirements, aligning product features with the daily lives of cat parents. Drives the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and customer needs. Defines and executes A/B testing strategies to optimize user experience and feature adoption. Analyzes user feedback, app usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Develops clear product requirements and user stories to guide engineering teams. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to iterate and enhance product features. Prioritizes and manages the app feature backlog to ensure continuous delivery of customer value. Collaborates with customer support teams to understand user pain points and enhance the overall app experience. Will perform additional responsibilities when required Requirements: What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field Must currently own a cat and have a deep understanding of the needs of cat owners. 5 years in product management with a proven track record of success with delivering value on direct to consumer digital products and platforms. Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams toward achieving shared goals. Proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of accountability and results. Strong experience in mobile app product management, experience with hardware-integrated products a plus Proven success in defining and driving key performance metrics to improve overall product impact. Ability to empathize with users and translate insights into features that resonate with cat parents. Experience with project management tools like Jira or similar is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate consumer needs to technical teams. Entrepreneurial, inventive, and resourceful, with a drive to innovate and improve.
