If you're passionate about helping patients achieve their physical therapy goals and improve their mobility, we’d love to have you on board Job Description: As a Physical Therapist in an Outpatient setting, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, track patient progress, and provide hands-on care to help patients return to their optimal level of function. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals Provide hands-on therapy and interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain Educate patients on exercises, therapy techniques, and recovery goals Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulations Job Requirements: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license Previous experience in an Outpatient setting preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Why MedAdventures?
