Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various therapeutic techniques across different patient demographics including geriatrics, pediatrics, and orthopedic cases. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive assessments. Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance mobility, strength, and endurance. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Experience in various settings such as inpatient clinics, outpatient facilities, geriatrics, pediatrics, or orthopedics is preferred. Ability to develop effective care plans based on individual patient assessments. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
