Our team is expanding We have outgrown our clinical space in Issaquah and will be opening a second clinic in Bellevue at the Commons Professional Center. We have several opportunities for full time PTs at both locations as some of our seasoned Issaquah staff are transitioning to the Bellevue clinic. This is a rare opportunity as our group has very low staff turnover, so please reach out if interested Our fun, fast-paced clinic puts patients and therapists first, so we enjoy 40 minute, one-on-one appointments with our patients. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care but also strive to create a culture that is respectful of a clinician’s work-life balance, so each therapist also receives 40 minutes of paid documentation time daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an established clinic with a wonderful reputation To Apply: en-US/proliance/ProlianceCareerSite/jobs/2668 Salary Range: $82,924.49 USD to $149,264.09 base compensation in addition to a significant quarterly bonus Benefits: Competitive compensation package with quarterly bonus 4 weeks Paid Time Off (increasing with time) and 9 Paid Holidays Excellent medical/dental/vision coverage Retirement plan with a 100% company match program Generous continuing education package, physician presentations, and surgical observation opportunities Professional growth and advancement opportunities Key Duties&Responsibilities: Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician Effectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting Maintain safe environment for self, staff, and patients Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license Any and all other duties as assigned Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred 1 to 2 years’ experience is preferred but not required – our PTs love to mentor Experience with post-operative PT preferred Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy Proliance Surgeons is one of the largest surgical practices in the country, with over 450 providers including over 200 board-certified physicians providing treatment at more than 100 care centers in Washington State.
