What You'll Do A typical day at My Spot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives. Your responsibilities will include: Work closely with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and activities of daily living to help improve mobility, strength, and range of motion. Monitor patients' progress during therapy sessions and adjust treatments as needed under the direction of the physical therapist. Educate patients and their families about exercises and techniques they can perform at home to expedite recovery and maintain progress. Document patients' progress, concerns, and responses to treatment accurately and timely in the medical record system. What You'll Need Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in state of practice.
