As a PSR II, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care by accurately collecting blood samples for laboratory testing. Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Build strong relationships with patients, creating a comfortable and trusting environment. Specimen Collection: Draw blood samples efficiently and safely, following established procedures. Data Entry: Accurately record patient information and specimen details. Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of collected samples and adherence to quality standards. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns.
