Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Hospitalist Group Shift: Varying Shifts (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Cook Children's (in Fort Worth, TX) is accepting applications for a full-time inpatient pediatric nocturnist physician to join our growing nocturnist team as part of a 29-person hospitalist group at Cook Children's Medical Center. The hospitalist group attends to the vast majority of general pediatric admissions and also works closely with the 30 medical specialties at Cook Children's. There is close collaboration with a robust APP team who assist with both admissions and overnight cross-coverage. This position would serve to solely cover nightshifts on weekdays and weekends. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required. Must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics. Board certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to start date). American Heart Association BLS certified.
