We are seeking a Member Services Representative to provide exceptional service to our health plan members. This role is pivotal in ensuring member satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by delivering accurate, timely information while maintaining compliance and high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with members, brokers, and internal teams. Respond to member inquiries via phone, written communication, and in-person interactions, meeting service standards and regulatory requirements. Provide benefit, claims, and coverage information accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with Member Services Representatives II and other departments to resolve complex issues. Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records in all systems and databases. Participate in process improvement initiatives and additional projects as assigned.
