Working alongside our acclaimed Chef-Owner, you'll help shape exceptional dining experiences in one of Northern Virginia's most exciting restaurants. Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate seamless service operations while maintaining our high standards of hospitality Lead, mentor, and develop a professional front-of-house team Assist in managing, scheduling, hiring, and team member development Ensure impeccable guest experiences from reservation to farewell Oversee beverage program and maintain wine/spirits inventory Handle financial operations including budgeting, cost controls, and reporting Ideal Candidate: 3 years of management experience in fine dining or upscale casual establishments Strong wine knowledge and beverage service experience Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Financial acumen and proven P&L management experience Passion for hospitality and contemporary dining culture Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Resy, OpenTable and restaurant POS systems Available for evening and weekend shifts We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Dining privileges Professional development opportunities Being part of an innovative, growing restaurant group If you're passionate about exceptional hospitality and ready to lead a dynamic team in a design-forward environment, we want to hear from you.
