Key Responsibilities Works on technical customer inquires. Conducts customer trainings. Creates and maintains good customer relationships. Completes on time all documentation and reports. Coaches and directs assigned CE’s. Is responsible for career planning, corrective action where necessary. Establishes objectives and performance reviews. Completes on time all required management reporting for the area. Coordinates and plans the availability and workload of all CE’s in the area for the mid term. Identifies and submits requests for additional manpower requirements in case of holidays, etc., of CE’s in the area. Assures reporting and follow up of existing procedures by all CE’s in the area. Responsible/owner for the coordination of projects to CE’s in the area. Knowledge and active support of business plan. Maintains regular communication with Regional Office and Technical Support. Acts as focal point for all service related issues in the area. Conducts and runs customer meetings. Supports Customer Engineers in the area. Provides Sales - and Technical support. Responsible for following departmental procedures to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of themselves and those around them who may be affected by their acts or omissions. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
