Job Description: Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring LPNs with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Lynchburg, Virginia, and the surrounding areas. Home Health Nurse Contract Details: $1,520 – $1,678 per week 13-week contract SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit LPN will have a designated territory of coverage Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
