Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide essential nursing care to patients in various settings, including home community care and medical-surgical environments. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition. Assist with daily living activities for patients, including personal hygiene and mobility. Provide care for patients with memory care needs and those with disabilities. Perform venipuncture and IV insertion as required for patient treatment. Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient care needs. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices. Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare staff in a teaching hospital environment. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
