Job Description Job Description Position Available: Legal Secretary at a Respected Nationwide Litigation Law Firm We are excited to offer a rare opportunity to join a well-established litigation law firm as a Legal Secretary, working with a dedicated team of long-tenured employees who value the collaborative and supportive work environment. Position Overview: You will provide essential legal secretarial support to two partners, specializing in international commercial construction litigation and arbitration. This is an in-office role, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (start time is flexible if needed). Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level executive support to Partners and attorneys within the practice group. Assist with the preparation of client proposals and deliverables. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and manage complex schedules. Arrange extensive domestic and international travel. Screen and respond to telephone calls and correspondence. Organize and attend meetings, including preparing minutes or summaries as needed. Prepare and submit expense reports. Code invoices according to client matters. Review outgoing materials to ensure consistency with office standards. Input DTE time entries for attorneys.
