This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week. What we do: The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, repairing, and troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical components on advanced rotorcraft, test, and support equipment. The role involves ensuring the safe execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, functional testing, and troubleshooting in accordance with applicable Supernal and industry guidelines. Additionally, the position will oversee the workflow of a team of maintenance technicians and support Test and Evaluation Programs, including laboratory, ground, and flight operations. What you can do: Work with Program&Project Leaders, Engineering, Safety, Quality Management, Procurement, Program Management Office, and Test organization members Oversee maintenance technicians' workflows to assist with their daily tasks Conduct aircraft minor and major modifications Conduct routine/preventative maintenance Test article build-up and maintenance Troubleshoot aircraft and test systems Follow standard ground operations, including jacking, towing, and fueling Weight and Balance Track and Balance Conduct electrical assembly and repair Maintain a clean working environment at all times Responsible for accurately completing all required paperwork Perform build-up and maintenance, ensure that quality objectives, configuration control, and conformity requirements are met Manage the logistics for new parts/supplies when necessary Ensure adherence to company safety and operating policies/procedures Up to 10% of domestic and international travel Other duties as assigned What you can contribute: GED or HS diploma required; college degree preferred Minimum seven (7) years of experience as an aircraft technician (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) Familiarity with standard and non-standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the aviation field Knowledge of high/low voltage power systems and safe working practices Composite assembly and repair Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive delivery of communication and follow-up Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office Suite You may also be able to contribute: Flight Operations experience preferred Rotorcraft experience preferred Experimental Flight Test experience preferred Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
