Hospital Services Nurse Manager Working with dialyisis units Role: Hospital Services Nurse Manager Comp range: $53.84 - $69.00 - $85.97(DOE) Exempt role - salaried, 40 hrs/week Location: Home base is corporate office in Burien/Tukwila but will have to round to other hospitals The Nurse Manager will oversee three north end hospitals - Overlake (Bellevue), Evergreen (Kirkland) and UW (Seattle/Northgate) They will be managing Dialysis Techs&RNs who work at these hospital sites in acute dialysis. There are about 35 staff total who work at these sites (including some per diem staff). Job duties include but are not limited to: 1:1 meetings w/ staff Performance evals on anniversary dates Rounding at hospital sites to see staff and create a strong team/culture Rolling out new policies and ensuring policies are being followed by staff Budget oversight Help identify hurdles/gaps and create process improvement (example their OT% is high - how can they fix this?) Some auditing to ensure compliance is being met Partner closely with hospital reps Coach&mentor staff Track CEs Seeking a people person who can create a strong team bond/culture Someone with high integrity. Schedule: must be flexible with hours as some staff are evening or night shift so rounding time is flexible when needed to see all staff.
