Essential Functions: Provide hearing evaluations, counseling and patient care. Dispensing hearing aids, specialty products and assisted devices Achieve the clinical operational variables in addition to monthly and annual goals. Maintain all clinical records and charts as specified by the practice's protocols. Lyric extended-wear hearing device required Discuss pricing of hearing instruments, presenting the value of hearing health care, your services, and the long-term effects of hearing aid use teach patients how to best utilize the new technology to meet their hearing goals Perform needed adjustments to fitted products; comply with all procedural company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and overcome patient concerns/objections.
