Job Summary The GES Business Partner is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the business, including all the services provided by the GES department, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuing the compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. Job Responsibilities Conduct and execute financial analysis, forecasting and modeling to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Present accurate and timely financial information, reports and analysis to top management and regulatory authorities. Identify any financial risk, such as credit risk, legal lawsuits, among others and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions, such as investments, acquisitions, or any other strategic project. Manage relationships with top management and key business partners, providing transparency and effective communication regarding financial performance and business opportunities. Coordinate a support team from different towers across the GES, providing visibility, guidance, and business priorities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within the GES and Business areas. Qualifications Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering, and MBA or CPA preferred. Areas of expertise: Proven experience in a financial role, with at least 5 years of leadership experience, also a solid understanding of the company’s business model for generating customer value and drive business strategy Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities MS Office proficient Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking Ability to understand complex financial topics or scenarios. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Collaboration skills to establish networking with different areas across the organization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively. Ability to manage and engage large and diverse teams. Analytical thinking, problem solver and results oriented. Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals, maximizing profitability, cost efficiencies and avoiding risks. Strong analytical skills to communicate financial results, identify trends, opportunities, and improvement initiatives diligently. Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. Effective communication skills to convey ideas, provide guidance and promote actions within internal teams. Ability to coordinate a diverse group or people, fostering collaboration and coordination aligned to company goals.
