Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Director Of Nursing for our Women&Infant Services Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As the Director of Women and Infant Services, you will: Direct patient care administration and practice, development and maintenance of product lines, and development of human resources. Qualifications include: Maryland RN license and Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred At least five (5) years of clinical nursing practice experience and three (3) years of supervisory/manager experience is a must Ability to manage financial budgets and planning Strong leadership skills Ability to work independently and handle a multi-task environment Strong customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to create an environment that promotes staff productivity, satisfaction, and efficiency Ability to diplomatically manage crisis situations and resolve customer service issues PC skills required in Internet, e-mail and Windows environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and the hospital operating system Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/wk Pay Range: $127,850.69 - $191,776.04 In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.
