Advancing Education, Enhancing Connections Director of Fiduciary Risk and Compliance - Associated Bank Posted: October 10, 2024 Associated Bank Director of Fiduciary Risk and Compliance for the Trust Company Remote/Hybrid within footprint (Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri). Would need to travel to Green Bay 4x a year for OCC Exams which last 4 days. Job Description Maintain a thorough knowledge of all applicable fiduciary and banking statutes and regulations. Keep current and up-to-date on new, existing, and proposed regulations, and analyze implications of proposed regulations on the Trust Company or other Wealth Management entities as applicable, and communicate the implications to management. Provide guidance and advice to the Trust Company on compliance and risk management, including policies, procedures, and controls necessary to achieve compliance with state and/or federal regulatory requirements. Act as a resource for compliance and risk management related activities, and personally research and escalate questions or concerns, or report findings back to management in a timely manner. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Economics, or Accounting (Required) Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Economics, or Accounting (Preferred) Experience: 10-12 years in Trust/Fiduciary industry (Required) 6-8 years in Compliance or Audit role and Risk Management (Required) 4-6 years in Risk Management and Leadership (Required) Licenses and Certifications: CFIRS (Certified Fiduciary&Investment Risk Specialist) or equivalent by start date (Required) CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance) or equivalent by start date (Required) Change Management Certification (Preferred) J-18808-Ljbffr
