Location: Commerce Place Work Days: M-F 8-5 Category: Professional and Management Department: Alliance Foundation Job Type: Full time Work Shift: Day Hours/Week: 40 Union Name: Non Union Job Summary The Director of Corporate and Foundations Relations (CFR) is pivotal in securing funds from local and national foundations and corporations, focusing on partnerships and strategic fundraising to support CHA's priorities. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), this role develops initiatives emphasizing grant writing, securing grants, and creating long-term partnerships with major foundations and corporations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Experience may be taken in lieu of degree. Minimum of seven years in corporate and foundation relations or grant writing, with a track record in securing large grants ($25,000 - $1 million) and fostering long-term partnerships. Experience with grant makers and research is essential; healthcare or higher education fundraising experience is preferred. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship-building capabilities with demonstrated success securing national foundation funding. Proven ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including donors, senior leaders, board members, volunteers, and community and business leaders. Strong analytical and creative skills to support program development and donor engagement.
