Job Description: As Digital Systems Administrator, you will drive the development and adoption of the digital platforms implemented across the business. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our platforms by collaborating with colleagues to define system requirements and implement best practice solutions. Our user experience is of utmost importance, so the ideal candidate should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. We are looking for someone highly interested in supporting the company’s digital transformation with a desire for continuous learning. The candidate should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions. This position will help effectively serve our internal and external customers as we progress on our digital journey. Preference will be given to candidates that sit in Metro Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities: Contribute to system user satisfaction by promptly responding to emails, phone calls and other inquiries from sales team, dealers, and other system stakeholders. All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups for various platforms. User support tickets and issue resolution. Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports. Monitor user adoption. User training and creating training materials. Data and system validation to ensure seamless enhancement releases. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 6 months of Salesforce experience. 2 years of experience with inside sales, sales support, technical support, training, or a sales analyst role. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Certified Salesforce Administrator. User experience with JD Edwards, PowerBI and other Microsoft Applications. Excellent time management, analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills. Some knowledge of the transportation industry. Ability to communicate and resolve problems effectively. A proactive attitude to platform enhancements. A desire to implement best practice digital solutions. Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions. Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes to include the following: Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
