We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representatives to join our teams in our Ludlow and Auburn locations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. Strong data entry.
