Shady Grove Medical Center Adventist HealthCare's Shady Grove Medical Center is hiring a full-time CT Technologist for our Radiology Department in Rockville, Maryland. Qualified candidates will be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. (Current AHC employees not eligible – see below under additional details.) We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. Responsibilities: Be responsible for running CT scans and fulfilling physicians' scan requests Be responsible for educating and preparing patients for their examinations Take patient medical history before an exam Assume responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients Send images to Radiologist for interpretation/reading Clean and disinfect patient rooms Qualifications: Associate's degree in radiologic technology Completion of CT technology certificate program preferred Maryland licensure and/or ARRT certification Work Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts (12:30p-12:30a) every other weekend and holidays included Will consider Nuclear Med Techs who are CT certified. Pay Range: $34.58 - $51.87 In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.
