Linke Resources is recruiting Crisis Specialists for a Crisis Residential Program located in West Reading, PA. The program assists adults experiencing varying levels of crisis. The services support humanistic and recovery-oriented principles by instilling hope, social connection, and a belief that all individuals experiencing crisis can readily regain control of their lives with the right support and interventions. Shifts available: Fulltime 2nd shift 4p-12a, Part time Weekend 8a-4p, 4p-12a,12a-8a and PRN Full-time Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off 403(B) with company match 1 year salary of Life Insurance Responsibilities: Provide quality services based on established best practice principles of care Conduct appropriate aftercare follow-up contacts. Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, risk assessments, safety plans and discharge summaries. Provide all supporting documentation required for insurance authorization in a timely manner. Participate in both internal and external multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with program residents, their families, payers, behavioral health providers, including case management and ACT Teams, MCO care managers, and other local county and community partners.
