Job Summary: As a Food Ingredients Manufacturer Blend Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe creation of food products. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, measuring ingredients, and adhering to strict sanitation protocols to ensure food safety. You’ll work closely with a team to create high-quality foods that are enjoyed nationwide. Ingredient Handling: Measure and weigh ingredients accurately according to recipes and specific instructions. Product Preparation: Prepare mixtures and ingredients as per production requirements. Quality Control: Monitor the production line, adjust settings as needed, and inspect finished food products. Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure food safety and maintain a clean work area. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with experienced operators and contribute to a positive team environment. Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance platform performance and efficiency. Ensure confidentiality is maintained regarding sensitive documents. Follow established record retention guidelines. Perform the job while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary or assigned. Required Experience/Skills: Basic/Intermediate proficiency in English language. Prior experience in manufacturing or food production is preferred. Attention to detail. Ability to follow recipes and instructions. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients. Willingness to learn and adapt. Forklift operation experience (desirable). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain/handle confidential information. Must be detail oriented. Must be self-motivated and work successfully as part of a team.
