No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Pediatric Therapy Center. No Stone Unturned is a collaborative care outpatient pediatric therapy clinic that prides itself in providing a team-based approach to therapy for the greatest gains and progress potential. We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential, with strong interpersonal skills to support collaboration and communication between disciplines. Join our highly skilled team of Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapists. This position is based in Manhattan KS. Please take a minute and watch our video called 'Why it Matters' (Link: www.youtube.com/watch?vAymqT3gByOY) Some basic responsibilities and duties include: Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and functional assessment measures. Develop individual goals and objectives for home- and center-based programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data. Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives. Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs on the proper implementation of behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems. Design, implement, and systematically monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. Other activities normally performed by a behavior analyst that are directly related to behavior analysis such as attending planning meetings regarding the behavior analytic program, researching the literature related to the program, and talking to individuals about the programs. Actively participate in collaboration with positive input in multi-disciplinary team and clinical meetings. Assist in client assessments, development of treatment plans, data collection, and caregiver training with guidance as outlined by supervisors. Maintain highly organized, consistent, thorough, and systematic recordkeeping practices both as outlined by the clinic and personal creation. Maintain BCBA and LBA credentials. Participate in professional development and growth activities such as workshops, classes, team meetings, and professional readings and research. Accept all other responsibilities as assigned and with consideration to time management and caseload. Qualifications and skills: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science or related area. Current BCBA Certification or eligible to sit for Board Certification. Must be licensed in the State of Kansas as a Licensed Behavior Analyst. One year’s experience with pediatric population preferred. Pass a background check per agency procedure. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to prioritize meeting deadlines and complete documentation within established timeframes.
