About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you are the brand on wheels, essential to the success of the Staples Supply Chain. You will transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route, serving as a problem solver for our customers. Your day involves organizing and loading products for delivery using manifests to ensure the most efficient routes and schedules. You will provide customer support, accept product returns, and be empowered to make your customers' day.

Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you will ensure safe work practices and actively foster our safety culture. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your vehicle, performing pre-trip inspections, and reporting any maintenance concerns. Whether navigating various weather and road conditions or making sound decisions regarding driving and customer interactions, you will be a key part of our inclusive team.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving history and be eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws. The process includes passing a DOT physical and drug screen (No THC) and obtaining a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess basic English language skills. Full-time associates must be willing to work additional hours beyond their scheduled shift based on business needs.
