About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. This role offers an excellent pay structure with the distinct advantage of returning home weekly. The position is designed for drivers who want to stay active while delivering dry freight to a wide range of customer locations.
The Role
Drivers on this dedicated lane will handle an average of 1,750 miles per week, completing approximately two loads. The work involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer sites. The route covers deliveries across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. Drivers will collaborate with an account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks.
Compensation & Benefits
This position features a competitive compensation model including CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits, dental, life insurance, AD&D, an HSA, paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Additional perks include bonus incentives and an unlimited cash referral program.
Schedule
The schedule is built around a weekly home time, featuring a 34-hour reset to ensure drivers can spend quality time at home.
